Install new gutter guards on all gutters. This included fixing leak in tool room, fixing issues with ridge, sealing all roof protrusions such as pipe flashings and turtle vents along with any other issues with nails sticking up. Also nail vinyl siding back into place at front of house. Paint gable vents white.
